MAY 27th, 2020 Notice
We don't really have an answer yet on how things will go this summer. It will depend on St. Louis County Executive Sam Page, the CDC and the St. Louis County Health Department. We will post any changes as soon as they are made if necessary.
Dear valued Ackermann’s Swim Camp parents. As you are no doubt aware, COVID-19 continues to impact our community. To meet the current crisis, St. Louis County Executive Sam Page has set a date of May 15 for pools to open. The decision for restrictions has not been made yet.
The safety of our swimmers and their families are our number one priority. We have canceled the open house scheduled for May 15 and Session 1 & 2 at this point in time. A full refund will be issued for sessions 1 & 2. No action required on your part.
County Executive Sam Page has set June 15th for pool openings in the county. This falls in the middle of our session 3. We may be able to have camp the 2nd week of session 3 beginning June 15th for 5 days with limited number of children. Please don't call and e-mail - We will contact you via e-mail and POST HERE when we have the answers at: ASPKirkwood.com
At this point, we are hopeful that the St. Louis County Restrictions will be lifted or relaxed in time for us reopen soon. We will monitor the situation closely, and will notify you of any further cancellations. Obviously, we will notify you as soon as a decision is made.
To Cancel any Session: Please mail back the "Yellow Conformation Card" marked canceled & include a stamped self addressed envelope to receive a full refund.
We are not accepting applications at this time due to the unknown of Covid-19 on are program.
